Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns. Make sure to understand our conditions in advance so that the process runs smoothly and we can promptly refund your returned goods.

We cannot accept your return under the following circumstances:

• The item is not returned in its original packaging or has been used / washed / damaged
• The item is returned without a tracking number having been provided to us in advance
• Clothing items that are worn directly on the skin (such as swimsuits and underwear) cannot be returned if they have been opened or worn for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

How does the return process work?

• Email the reason for your return to support@meinebella.com
• Drop off the package at your local post office and choose shipping with a tracking number
• Send the tracking number to our support team so we can verify your return
• Once your return has arrived at our location, we will refund the purchase amount within a week via the payment method used at the time of order.

Note: If the return doesn't make sense due to the shipping costs for your order, we are willing to work with you. You can get a personalized offer from our support team.

CAUTION: Don't forget to include your order number in the return. Without it, we can't assign the shipment and therefore can't refund the money. (The order number consists of “#” + digits, e.g. "#1234")
