(1) All offers, purchase contracts, and deliveries resulting from orders from our customers through our online store or otherwise are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) The product offering in our online store is intended for consumers and business customers alike. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, (i) a "consumer" is any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business, or profession, and (ii) a "business customer" is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business, or profession.
(3) The customer's terms and conditions do not apply, even if we do not separately object to their validity in individual cases.
(4) Contracts with the customer will be concluded in either German or English language.
2. Conclusion of Contract2.1. Our product offerings in the online store are non-binding.
2.2. The customer may select products from our range and collect them in a "shopping cart" using the "add to cart" button. To proceed with the order, the customer clicks on the "Checkout" button, enters their personal information, and selects a shipping and payment method. By clicking the "Buy" button, they submit a binding request to purchase the products in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and modify their data at any time. However, the application can only be submitted and transmitted if the customer accepts these contract conditions and privacy policy by ticking the respective box.
2.3. We then send the customer an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email, which lists the customer's order again and which the customer can print using the "Print" function. This automatic acknowledgement of receipt merely documents that we have received the customer's order and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The contract is only concluded through our acceptance declaration. An acceptance declaration occurs within 5 days, either

2.4. 2.5. When submitting an offer via our online order form, we will store the text of the contract and send it to the customer along with these Terms and Conditions in text form (e.g., email, fax, or letter) after the customer has sent their order. In addition, the contract text will be archived on our website and can be accessed by the customer via their password-protected customer account by entering the corresponding login data, provided that the customer has created a customer account in our online shop before sending their order.
2.6 Before submitting the order via our online order form, the customer can recognize possible input errors by carefully reading the information displayed on the screen. The magnification function of the browser can provide an effective technical means to better recognize input errors. The customer can correct his inputs during the electronic ordering process using the usual keyboard and mouse functions until he clicks the button completing the ordering process.
2.7 The contract is available in both English and German.
2.8 Order processing and contact usually take place via email and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the email address they have provided for order processing is correct so that emails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all emails sent by the seller or third parties commissioned by the seller with the order processing can be delivered.

Order Cancellations
MeineBella.com allows complete order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. In such cases, customers will be eligible for a full refund.
However, this policy does not apply if the product has already been shipped. Similarly, we cannot cancel orders if the product has already been manufactured or is in the process of being shipped to the customer.
Returns
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets all our return criteria.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Please do not remove any security labels unless you are 100% satisfied with your order. Doing so will void our return policy, and we will not be able to refund your order.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once approved, we will send you an email informing you about your refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Returning Your Item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Prices, Payment Terms & Taxes4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the listed prices are product prices that do not include sales tax. The invoice and delivery are always without customs duties and taxes. Customs duties rarely apply (in 98% of cases). If applicable, these may be demanded later by the tax authorities, as the invoices originate from Germany. Occasionally, additional costs such as sales tax and customs duties may be incurred by the customer. For customs details, see 5.4. This shouldn't generally occur, but in such a case, the customer would pay the 19% VAT later. However, no taxes are to be paid in the current order or upon receipt.
4.2 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, in individual cases, additional costs may arise that the seller is not responsible for and must be borne by the customer. This includes, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import legal charges or taxes (e.g., customs duties). 4.5 As part of the Stripe payment service, we offer you various payment methods. You will be redirected to the Stripe online provider's website. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by Stripe, and confirm the payment instructions to Stripe.
If you have chosen the payment method credit card, to be able to pay the invoice amount, you do not need to be registered with Stripe. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as a lawful cardholder by your credit card company at the request of Stripe and your card is charged. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
4.6 Import Duties (Customs), Payment, Due Date
Firstly, over 95% of our merchandise passes through customs without incurring duties, and is delivered directly to you. Therefore, you shouldn't worry too much about customs fees, but we do cover them in case your order ends up being subject to them.
In addition, there may be shipping costs and potentially import taxes and duties. (1) The goods in our online store are shipped directly by our distributor. According to U.S. customs regulations, the customer, as the recipient of the goods, is responsible for any customs duties. Simply put, any import duties, such as import sales tax and customs duties, must be paid by the customer. However, upon request, we will of course refund the customer any import duties that they had to verifiably pay for the delivery of the goods. 5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions5.1 The delivery of goods is made by mail to the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. Our delivery time is 3-6 weeks. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 7 weeks. Here, the customer only needs to cover the shipping costs. If the customer does not receive the goods after 7 weeks, a new delivery will be sent. No new shipping costs will apply.
5.2 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance leading to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the service, unless the seller had announced the service a reasonable time in advance. Furthermore, this does not apply to the cost of sending if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. In the case of effective exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, the regulation in the seller's withdrawal instruction regarding return costs applies.
5.3 Due to logistical reasons, self-collection is not possible.
5.4 The shipping time is 2-4 weeks. In some cases, it can take up to 5 weeks. Therefore, the customer must wait up to 5 weeks for the product. If the customer has not received anything by then, they must contact us no later than 3 months later. Then we will find a solution to always satisfy the customer.
6. Retention of TitleIf the seller provides the goods before payment is made in full, the seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price is paid in full.
7. Defect Liability (Warranty)7.1 If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of the statutory defect liability apply.
7.2 The customer is asked to complain to the deliverer about goods delivered with obvious transport damages and to inform the seller of this. If the customer does not comply, this has no effect on his statutory or contractual claims for defects.
8. Special Conditions for Processing Goods According to Customer's Specific Instructions
8.1 If the Seller is obligated under the contract, in addition to the delivery of goods, to also process the goods according to specific instructions of the Customer, the Customer must provide all necessary content such as text, images or graphics in the file formats, formatting, image, and file sizes specified by the Seller, and grant the necessary usage rights. The Customer is solely responsible for acquiring these contents and the rights thereto. The Customer declares and assumes responsibility that they have the right to use the content provided to the Seller. The Customer particularly ensures that no third-party rights are violated, especially copyright, trademarks, and personal rights.
8.2 The Customer indemnifies the Seller from any claims by third parties that they may assert against the Seller in connection with the violation of their rights by the contractually agreed use of the Customer's content. The Customer also bears the reasonable costs of necessary legal defense including all court and attorney fees of legal amount. This does not apply if the legal violation is not attributable to the Customer. The Customer is obliged to provide the Seller promptly, truthfully and completely with all information necessary for checking the claims and a defense in case of a claim by third parties.
8.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing orders if the contents provided by the Customer for this purpose violate legal or regulatory prohibitions or good morals. This applies particularly to the submission of content that is constitutionally hostile, racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, offensive, endangering to young people, and/or glorifying violence.
9. Redeeming Promotional Vouchers
9.1 Vouchers issued by the Seller free of charge during promotional periods with a specific validity period and that cannot be purchased by the Customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the Seller's online store and only within the specified period.
9.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.
9.3 Individual products may be excluded from the voucher campaign if such a restriction results from the content of the promotional voucher.
9.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. A subsequent offsetting is not possible.
9.5 Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
9.6 The goods value must at least correspond to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded by the Seller.
9.7 If the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the Seller can be chosen to settle the difference.
9.8 The balance of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor interest accrued.
9.9 The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the Customer returns the goods paid fully or partially with the promotional voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
9.10 The promotional voucher is transferable. The Seller can perform with liberating effect to the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the Seller's online store. This does not apply if the Seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-eligibility, the incapacity to contract, or the lack of representation authority of the respective holder.
10. Applicable Law
10.1 All legal relationships between the parties are subject to the laws of the United States of America, excluding the laws on the international sale of movable goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
